Much loved and celebrated author Mem Fox was our guest and forty years ago our Principal was her university student!
Our Reception to Year 3 students hung on every word as Mem read her classic tales, Possum Magic and Ducks Away. She was thrilled with how many students knew the rhymes by heart in Good Night Sleep Tight.
This visit was part of the Premier's Reading Challenge literacy program where students are encouraged to read books between January and September each year.
